FUNCTIONS AND COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STRUCTURES, AUTHORITIES AND BODIES. (1) The bodies and authorities mentioned in Article 6 above shall be allocated the functions and common responsibilities as set out in ANNEX A to this Framework Agreement.
