Fund Administration Data De-Conversion fee Sample Clauses
The Fund Administration Data De-Conversion fee clause establishes a charge payable when a client requests the transfer or extraction of their fund administration data from the service provider’s systems, typically at the end of a service relationship. This fee covers the administrative and technical work required to prepare, format, and securely deliver the client’s data, which may include converting data into a specified format or ensuring compliance with data transfer standards. Its core function is to compensate the service provider for the resources expended during the data de-conversion process, ensuring a clear understanding of costs associated with transitioning to a new administrator or system.
