ThreeThree (3) shall be appointed by WWEA; one (1) each from primary, middle, and secondary grade levels. Three (3) shall be appointed by the District. The Committee shall establish procedures to obtain and act on expenditure requests. All recommendations made by the committee shall be subject to approval of the Superintendent or designee. b. The committee shall confirm the fund amount at the beginning of each year, using the formula outlined in Section A. 1. above.
