  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Disclosure of Account Information We may disclose information to third parties about Your Account or transfers You make: (1) when it is necessary to complete an electronic transaction; or (2) in order to verify the existence and conditions of Your Account for a third party such as a credit bureau or merchant; or (3) in order to comply with a government agency or court order, or any legal process; or (4) if You give Us written permission.

  • Security Violations and Accounts Updates Grantee will adhere to the Confidentiality Article requirements and HHS Data Usage Agreement of this contract and immediately contact System Agency if a security violation is detected, or if Grantee has any reason to suspect that the security or integrity of the CMBHS data has been or may be compromised in any way.

  • Account Information Disclosure We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make: - As necessary to complete transfers; - To verify the existence of sufficient funds to cover specific transactions upon the request of a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant; - If your account is eligible for emergency cash and/or emergency card replacement services and you request such services, you agree that we may provide personal information about you and your account that is necessary to provide you with the requested service(s); - To comply with government agency or court orders; or - If you give us your written permission.

  • Records and Accounts The Trustee shall maintain accurate and detailed records and accounts of all transactions of the Trust, which shall be available at all reasonable times for inspection by any legally entitled person or entity to the extent required by applicable law, or any other person determined by the Committee.

  • Control and Access to Information The Financial Mechanism Committee, the EFTA Board of Auditors and their representatives have the right to carry out any technical or financial mission or review they consider necessary to follow the planning, implementation and monitoring of programmes and projects as well as the use of funds.   • Disclosure of Account Information to Third Parties It is our general policy to treat your account information as confidential. However, we will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transactions you make in the following situations pursuant to our Privacy Policy (as further described in Section 10 (Your Privacy) of the General Terms), in addition to the circumstances set forth in Section 20 of the General Terms (Information Authorization):

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we will ask you your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
