Funding and Payment. A. Funding 1. Funding Source: Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Block Grants for Community Mental Health Services, Assistance Listing 93.958. 2. Contractor is not required to provide matching funds. B. HHSC’s Payment to Contractor 1. HHSC will pay the Contractor a single lump sum advance payment of up to $80,000.00 upon Contract execution for actual, allocable, and eligible costs incurred as outlined in Attachment A (Statement of Work). 2. If, at the end of the Contract’s term, Contractor’s final costs reported using $80,000.00, Contractor must reimburse HHSC the difference on or before the 45th day after the end of the Contract’s term.
