Funding Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Funding Date Certificate, dated as of the Closing Date and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, duly executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
Funding Date Certificate. Borrower shall have delivered to Administrative Agent and the Arrangers an originally executed Funding Date Certificate, together with all attachments thereto.

Borrower shall have delivered to Administrative Agent an executed Funding Date Certificate, together with all attachments thereto, which shall include a certification of an Authorized Officer of the Credit Parties (and in the case of the certifications set forth in sub-clauses (ii) and (iii) below, to which the Independent Engineer reasonably concurs):
Funding Date Certificate. Agent shall have received a certificate of Borrower, dated the Funding Date, in form and substance acceptable to Agent, confirming compliance with the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 4.2(j), (k) and (l).
