Common use of Funding of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Funding of Benefits. Funding for any payment on behalf of Enrollees under the Plan, including but not limited to, all benefits to Enrollees in accordance with the Plan, is the sole responsibility of Employer and Trustee, and Trustee and Employer agree to accept liability for, and provide sufficient funds to satisfy, all payment to Enrollees under the Plan, including claims for reimbursement of covered expenses, if such expenses are incurred and the claim is presented for payment during the term of this Agreement.
