Common use of Funding Payment Clause in Contracts

Funding Payment. Contingent upon approval by County staff of the Municipality’s Annual Report for the funding year 2017, the County will pay the Municipality the funding amount set forth in paragraph 6.1 above for 2018. Payment will be made in one installment within 30 days of approval of the Annual Report. Municipalities with a complete Application Packet and an approved Annual Report receive 100% payment of allocated funds for eligible expenses.

Contingent upon receipt (by February 15, 2016) and approval by County Department staff of the Municipality’s Annual Report for the funding year 20172015, the County will pay the Municipality the funding amount set forth in paragraph 6.1 above for 20182016. Payment will be made in one installment within 30 days of approval receipt of the Application and Annual ReportReport receipt. Municipalities with a complete Application Packet and an approved Annual Report receive 100% payment of allocated funds for eligible expenses.
