Common use of Funding Payment Clause in Contracts

Funding Payment. Contingent upon approval by County staff of the Municipality’s Annual Report for the funding year 2016, the County will pay the Municipality the funding amount set forth in paragraph 6.1 above for 2017. Payment will be made in one installment within 30 days of receipt of the Annual Report. Municipalities with a complete work plan and an approved Annual Report receive 100% payment for eligible expenses.

Payment will be made in one installment within 30 days of receipt approval of the Annual Report.
