Funding Payment. Contingent upon approval by County staff of the Municipality’s Annual Report for the funding year 2016, the County will pay the Municipality the funding amount set forth in paragraph 6.1 above for 2017. Payment will be made in one installment within 30 days of receipt of the Annual Report. Municipalities with a complete work plan and an approved Annual Report receive 100% payment for eligible expenses.
Funding Payment. Dow Corning agrees, subject to the terms hereof, to make funding payments to the Settlement Facility up to a maximum aggregate amount of $3,172,000,000, subject to adjustment as described in this Agreement in order to achieve a net present value of $2,350,000,000 compounded annually as of the Effective Date after applying a discount rate of 7% per annum.
