EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. Section 1: A member who incurs any breakage or damage to the member's uniform, equipment or personal belongings authorized to be carried or worn in the line of duty shall have said item replaced at no cost to the member, or value of same compensated to said member at the discretion of the Chief and City Manager, except in the case of the member's neglect.
EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE. Section 1: The City shall provide a new uniform and equipment to the member upon the member's appointment. The uniform and equipment shall, at a minimum, consist of five shirts, three pants, one hat and hat badge, one baseball cap, one breast badge, one whistle, one windbreaker jacket, one name tag, one pair of uniform shoes, one raincoat, one pair of gloves, one flashlight (new batteries shall be made available at all times upon trade-in of used batteries), one pair of rubber rain boots, and one sidearm with holster, gunbelt, ammo pouch, handcuff case, handcuffs, inner belt, and radio holder.

Affiliate and/or its Distributors shall ------------------------- supply, install, service and maintain or shall arrange for the supply, installation, servicing and maintenance, at its and/or their own cost and expense, all such facilities, equipment and hardware, including, without limitation, equipment necessary to receive the Service from the satellite, wiring and tuner/receivers as may be necessary and appropriate for the transmission of the Service to each Affiliate Subscriber. The tuner/receivers to be utilized for the reception of the Service by Affiliate Subscribers shall (i) with respect to the Basic Service be the equipment provided by Affiliate and/or its Distributors for the reception of other television programming services ("AlphaStar Box"), and (ii) with respect to the Premium Tier be equipment manufactured by a manufacturer authorized by DMX for audio only reception ("DMX Box"). The specifications for both the AlphaStar Box and the DMX Box shall be such that they shall be compatible with standard stereophonic equipment requiring left and right audio jacks; and such that they shall be addressable on a receiver-by-receiver channel-by-channel basis.

Provide a list, with quantity, brand and model number of all equipment and other personal property Contractor proposes to bring onto the University campus. The Contractor shall be responsible for all costs of operation of the Dining Services, except those specifically designated to be provided by the University, and shall pay all costs and expenses connected with the Contractor’s use of the Facilities, including but not limited to the following: • Raw food and food products; • Labor, benefits, compensation and insurance; • Supplies: cleaning agents for dishes, flatware, pots and pans; janitorial equipment and cleaning and sanitizing agents; and office supplies; • Office expenses, computers, cash registers, telephone, postage, printing, photocopying, etc.; • Uniforms, laundry and dry cleaning; the Contractor will furnish appropriate uniforms for the employees and shall assume all expenses for the cleaning of uniforms, table linens, napkins, aprons, etc. used in the dining service; • All necessary vehicles for the conduct of dining services business; • Maintain the University’s inventory of flatware, glassware and china and any replacement costs; • All franchise fees and signage associated with branded concepts; and, • Marketing: research, signage, brochures, menu boards, advertisement, promotions, etc. The University shall be responsible for fixed and movable equipment purchases which represent Capital improvements. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for minor repairs to equipment and facilities such as sharpening food slicers, sharpening knives, changing filters, etc. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for proper operation and routine cleanings of all equipment and services in the existing kitchen. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for costs of damage to other building occupants caused by improper operation or inadequate supervision, including all costs for cleanup, repair and/or replacements.
