Equipment and Maintenance. 2.1 Responsibilities (a) ensure that the Advanced Meters used for the purposes of this AES Agreement are correctly maintained, supported, and kept in good condition and state of repair; (b) subject to clause 2.2 (Interference with Advanced Metering Infrastructure), repair or replace at its own cost faulty or damaged Advanced Metering Infrastructure components which are owned or controlled by Bluecurrent or procure that the third party owner does so.

Equipment and Maintenance. Section 1: The City shall provide a new uniform and equipment to the member upon the Section 2: A member who incurs any breakage or damage to the member's personal belongings authorized to be carried or worn in the line of duty shall have said item repaired or replaced at no cost to the member, or value of same compensated to said member at the discretion of the Chief of Police and the City Manager, except in the case of the member's neglect. Section 3: A member who loses or has stolen portions of her/his uniform, equipment or non-luxury personal belongings authorized to be carried or worn in the line of duty may have said items repaired or replaced at no cost to member, at the discretion of the Chief and City Manager. Section 4: A member shall receive an allotment of $900 for clothing replacement, dry- A. One half of the clothing allowance shall be paid the first pay day of December and the second half shall be paid the first pay day of June. New members must have completed twelve (12) months of service to be eligible for clothing allowance. The City shall pay the clothing allowance by separate check apart from the member's regular salary. B. To ensure a neat, presentable, and professional appearance expected of an accredited police department, a member shall replace the member's designated uniforms as needed or determined by a superior officer. The City reserves the right to take appropriate measures to effect said replacement. C. A member who is assigned to SRT and Traffic (motorcycle officers) shall receive an additional compensation of $150 per Fiscal Year to replace specialized uniforms, boots, and related equipment.

The Contractor shall connect vending equipment to electrical circuits by plug only, using a cord of such length that neither the cord nor the plug is exposed to either side of the equipment, or of the equipment group if two or more are placed next to each other. No extension cords may be used. Maximum cord length is 10 feet. If machines use a grounding circuit, then the Contractor is responsible for making certain that machines are grounded at all times. Any problems with electrical circuits must be reported to the Site Representative immediately. F. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for equipment. G. All service personnel utilized by the Contractor shall be required to follow the same background clearance requirements established by Orange County. H. The Contractor shall at all times and at its expense, be responsible for all service, maintenance, licensing, permitting and repair of its vending machines. Machines shall be maintained in good repair and shall be operational. Contractor shall respond within four (4) hours of a verbal notification of a breakdown. Minor repairs shall be made within eight (8) hours of notification. The employee agrees to report to the supervisor instances of loss, damage, or unauthorized access at the earliest reasonable opportunity. The employee understands that all equipment, records, and materials provided by [facility name] shall remain the property of [facility name]. Equipment, when provided by the facility for use at the employee's home office, will be returned to [facility name] within X days should this telecommuting agreement be terminated.
