Equipment and Maintenance. 2.1 Responsibilities
(a) ensure that the Advanced Meters used for the purposes of this AES Agreement are correctly maintained, supported, and kept in good condition and state of repair;
(b) subject to clause 2.2 (Interference with Advanced Metering Infrastructure), repair or replace at its own cost faulty or damaged Advanced Metering Infrastructure components which are owned or controlled by Bluecurrent or procure that the third party owner does so.

A. One half of the clothing allowance shall be paid the first pay day of December and the second half shall be paid the first pay day of June. New members must have completed twelve (12) months of service to be eligible for clothing allowance. The City shall pay the clothing allowance by separate check apart from the member's regular salary.
B. To ensure a neat, presentable, and professional appearance expected of an accredited police department, a member shall replace the member's designated uniforms as needed or determined by a superior officer. The City reserves the right to take appropriate measures to effect said replacement.
C. A member who is assigned to SRT and Traffic (motorcycle officers) shall receive an additional compensation of $150 per Fiscal Year to replace specialized uniforms, boots, and related equipment.

The Board will keep all schools adequately equipped with all necessary machinery and supplies, and will properly maintain all buildings and such equipment and supplies as necessary. The parties will confer from time to time for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational equipment.

The specifications for the tuner/receivers to be installed at the premises of Affiliate Subscribers shall be such that they shall be compatible with standard stereophonic equipment requiring left and right audio jacks; and such that shall be addressable on a receiver-by-receiver and channel-by-channel basis.
Equipment and Maintenance. 25.01 The parties agree that, as a general practice, equipment maintained in the Volunteer stations will be operated and serviced by the staff of the volunteer component of the Department. The Station Commander will assign hours and duties, in accordance with Schedule “B” to the volunteers.

The vending machines shall be equipped with energy saver light sensors, in accordance with Orange County Administrative Regulations - 8.13 ENERGY CONSERVATION. All vending machines shall be attractive in appearance using the latest designs in the marketplace and shall reasonably match either in color or style. Vending machines shall be sanitary, safe, and reliable, and of a type approved by the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) or recognized by the State or local Health Department.
B. The Contractor shall retain ownership or lease of the equipment at all times and be responsible for the adequate insurance thereof. The Contractor shall at all times, and at its expense, be responsible for all service, maintenance, and repair of its equipment.
C. All equipment will need approval from a representative of Orange County prior to installation on the premises.
D. The Contractor shall accept full responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and efficient operation of equipment used.
E. The Contractor shall connect vending equipment to electrical circuits by plug only, using a cord of such length that neither the cord nor the plug is exposed to either side of the equipment, or of the equipment group if two or more are placed next to each other. No extension cords may be used. Maximum cord length is 10 feet. If machines use a grounding circuit, then the Contractor is responsible for making certain that machines are grounded at all times. Any problems with electrical circuits must be reported to the Site Representative immediately.
F. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for equipment.
G. All service personnel utilized by the Contractor shall be required to follow the same background clearance requirements established by Orange County.
H. The Contractor shall at all times and at its expense, be responsible for all service, maintenance, licensing, permitting and repair of its vending machines. Machines shall be maintained in good repair and shall be operational. Contractor shall respond within four (4) hours of a verbal notification of a breakdown. Minor repairs shall be made within eight (8) hours of notification. Major repairs shall be made as quickly as possible but may take up to forty-eight (48) hours if replacement parts are not readily available.

Regarding space and equipment purchase, set -up, and maintenance, the following is agreed upon: [PURCHASE, SET-UP, MAINTENANCE, PROVISION OF SUPPLIES, INSURANCE ARRANGEMENTS, ETC., FOR EACH PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE, PHONES, ETC.] The employee agrees to use [facility name] owned equipment, records, and materials for purposes of cancer registry business only, and to protect them against unauthorized or accidental access, use, modification, destruction, or disclosure. The employee agrees to report to the supervisor instances of loss, damage, or unauthorized access at the earliest reasonable opportunity. The employee understands that all equipment, records, and materials provided by [facility name] shall remain the property of [facility name]. Equipment, when provided by the facility for use at the employee's home office, will be returned to [facility name] within X days should this telecommuting agreement be terminated. [Facility name] will provide for repairs to hospital equipment when damage to that equipment is incurred by an employee during the course and scope of their job duties and during the employee's work hours. When the employee uses personal equipment, software, data, supplies and furniture, the employee is responsible for maintenance and repair of these items unless other arrangements have been made in advance and in writing with the supervisor.
Equipment and Maintenance. 14. The CONTRACTOR shall acquire and/or maintain snow removal equipment consisting of at least the following:

Equipment and Maintenance. All equipment purchased with Program Funds must meet all eligibility requirements of the City. District shall maintain all equipment used in the administration and execution of Xxxxxx After School Program. District shall maintain, replace, or repair any item of equipment used in support of the Xxxxxx After School Program, or for use under the terms of this Agreement that no longer functions or is lost or stolen. The cost for maintenance, replacement or repair of any equipment used in support of Xxxxxx After School Program and/or for use under the terms of this Agreement is the sole responsibility of District. District shall not use Program Funds to repair or replace said equipment. District shall use any and all equipment purchased with Program Funds exclusively in support of Xxxxxx After School Program. Within 10 days following the purchase of equipment, District shall submit to City a detailed inventory of all equipment purchased with Program Funds to the Grants and Program Management Section at the address set forth in paragraph 2.2 above. The equipment inventory shall include an itemized description of each piece of equipment, the date each piece of equipment was purchased, the cost of purchase for each piece of equipment, and the location of each piece of equipment.
