Common use of Funding Procedure Clause in Contracts

Funding Procedure. Subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Bank shall disburse Advances under the Loans to Borrower by transferring into the Borrower’s operating account maintained with Bank immediately available funds in the amount of such Advances, or otherwise in accordance with procedures acceptable to Bank.

Funding Procedure. Subject to the conditions set forth in ----------------- this Agreement, Bank shall disburse Advances under the Loans Revolving Credit Facility to Borrower Borrowers by transferring into the applicable Borrower’s 's operating account maintained with Bank immediately available funds in the amount of such Advances, or otherwise in accordance with procedures acceptable to Bank.

Subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Bank shall disburse Advances under the Loans Revolving Credit Facility to Borrower Borrowers by transferring into any account of Borrowers as directed by the Borrower’s operating account maintained with Bank Agent Borrower immediately available funds in the amount of such Advances, or otherwise in accordance with procedures acceptable to Bank.
