Funding Recipient’s Obligations. The Funding Recipient must, in any publicity in relation to the project approved by The Shire in this agreement, acknowledge the financial and other support provided by The Shire, in the manner set out in Schedule 5 or otherwise approved by The Shire prior to its use.
