TERMINATION BY FUNDING RECIPIENT. Subject to State approval which may be reasonably withheld, Funding Recipient may terminate this Agreement and be relieved of contractual obligations. In doing so, Funding Recipient must provide a reason(s) for termination. Funding Recipient must submit all progress reports summarizing accomplishments up until termination date.
TERMINATION BY FUNDING RECIPIENT. The Funding Recipient may terminate this agreement by giving three months written notice to The Shire explaining why they wish to terminate the agreement.
