Funding Updates. DHHS may, without a written amendment, and through an Award of Funds – Funding Update (“Update”), modify the information contained in Attachment 1. Said Updates shall be made at least annually throughout the Period of Performance of this Subaward. Subject to available funding, DHHS may also award additional funding in an Update; it may not, however, reduce the amount of funds awarded. Any such update shall supersede the existing Attachment 1, and must: (1) be provided, in writing, to the individual in the Notices section, below; (2) Include any additional or updated information (including but not limited to the Federal Award Identifier Number) required by 45 CFR § 75.352 or 51329 Y3 other applicable law or regulation; (3) Contain any allowable extension of any Period of Performance; and (4) Be signed by the designated DHHS Awarding Official. All awarded funds are subject to the other requirements set forth herein.

Funding information may also be updated in an Award of Additional Funds, or an amendment executed by both parties.

  • Monthly Updates The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations. (See also Articles 2.1.2 and 2.1.5).

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts. State Reports XXXXX will provide, at no additional fee, all data reports required by the state that impact 50% or more of the school districts in the state.   • Updates “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

  • Progress Update Information included with the annual Data Access Request (DAR) renewal or Closeout summarizing the analysis of controlled-access datasets obtained through the DAR and any publications and presentations derived from the work.
