Funds Allocation. At the end of each Fund’s allocation/redemption date, the Company will credit any positive balance available in each of the regular transition account or the booster transition account to the corresponding Investment Account by allocating, at the offer price, a number of units to the various Funds according to the Funds selection percentages specified in the (T.B. and C.).
Funds Allocation. The City agrees to allocate up to a maximum of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) per person annually for tuition reimbursement.
Funds Allocation. The Board is designated as the grant recipient to receive and be accountable for block grant funds. Resources allocated to the Texoma Board will be distributed according to federal and state allocation formulas. In the absence of required formulas, funds distribution will be determined by the Board which will consider unemployment rates, levels of poverty, minority and total population figures, workforce training needs, literacy levels, and educational needs on a proportionate basis. The Texoma Workforce Development Board shall provide an annual financial and compliance audit, conducted by an independent firm, covering all programs, services and funds received and expended under the terms of this agreement to the parties hereto, to the Chief Elected Officials of the region and to the appropriate state and federal authorities. Responsibilities for disallowed costs and other liabilities will be as follows:
Funds Allocation. The maximum reimbursement for approved tuition expenses shall be $1,200 annually. Effective July 1, 2018, the maximum reimbursement will increase to $2,000 annually.
