Common use of Funds Management Services Clause in Contracts

Funds Management Services. Lender may provide funds management services to Borrower. Upon request, Lender shall provide Borrower a quote for identified funds management services. Borrower shall comply with all funds management service agreements during the term of this Note. All fees incurred shall be considered a request for an advance under the Loan.
