Common use of Furnishing Documents to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Furnishing Documents to Certificateholders. The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Series 2003-A Transferor Certificateholders, promptly upon written request, copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements, and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Transaction Documents. The Series 2003-A Transferor Certificateholders shall be entitled to receive any report in accordance with the Series 2003-A Indenture Supplement, the Servicing Agreement, and the Master Trust Agreement, as applicable.

Furnishing Documents to Certificateholders. The Owner Trustee shall furnish to the Series 2003-A E Transferor Certificateholders, promptly upon written request, copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements, and any other instruments furnished to the Owner Trustee under the Transaction Documents. The Series 2003-A E Transferor Certificateholders shall be entitled to receive any report in accordance with the Series 2003-A E Indenture Supplement, the Servicing AgreementXxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxent, and the Master Trust Agreement, as applicable.

The Series 2003-A D Transferor Certificateholders shall be entitled to receive any report in accordance with the Series 2003-A D Indenture Supplement, the Servicing Agreement, and the Master Trust Agreement, as applicable.
