FURNISHING OF LABOR AND MATERIALS. A. Contractor shall provide and pay for all labor, materials and equipment, including: tools; construction equipment and machinery; utilities, including water; transportation; and all other facilities and services necessary for the proper completion of the Work. B. In all purchases of supplies, materials and provisions to be incorporated or otherwise used by Contractor in the Work, Contractor shall use supplies, materials and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Colorado if such supplies, materials and provisions are not of inferior quality to those offered by competitors outside of Colorado. C. While engaged in the performance of the Work, Contractor shall maintain employment practices that do not violate the provisions of the Colorado Antidiscrimination Act of 1957, C.R.S. § 00-00-000, et seq.
