Linfox and the union are at liberty to reach separate agreement concerning employees collectively and/or individually about matters of concern at the workplace level. Any agreements reached must be recorded in writing and where the agreement is with the union it must be signed off by the branch secretary. Linfox management and employees covered by this agreement must genuinely discuss any and all items that may be, from time to time, proposed by the other for local implementation.
