Further Assistance. The Executive agrees to assist the Company in every proper way (but at the Company’s expense) to obtain and, from time to time, enforce the Intellectual Property Rights and to the Inventions in any and all countries, and to that end will execute all documents for use in applying for, obtaining and enforcing the Intellectual Property Rights in and to such Inventions as the Company may desire, together with any assignments of such Inventions to the Company or persons designated by it. The Executive’s obligation to assist the Company in obtaining and enforcing such Intellectual Property Rights in any and all countries shall continue beyond the termination of this Agreement.
