Assistance with Data Subject Requests. AuditBoard will, in a manner consistent with the functionality of the Service and AuditBoard’s role as a Processor, provide reasonable support to Customer to enable Customer to respond to Data Subject Requests.
Assistance with Data Subject Requests. Taking into account the nature of the Processing, Revvity shall provide all reasonable assistance to Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject Request under applicable Data Protection Laws. The parties agree and acknowledge that Revvity may, but is not required to, fulfill its obligations described in the foregoing sentence by providing Customer with access to features and functions of the Services such that Customer can fulfill the Data Subject Request without assistance from Revvity. To the extent Customer, in its use of the Services, does not have the ability to address a Data Subject Request, Revvity shall, upon Customer’s request, provide commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customer in responding to such Data Subject Request, to the extent Revvity is legally permitted to do so and the response to such Data Subject Request is required under applicable Data Protection Laws. To the extent legally permitted, Customer shall be responsible for any reasonable costs arising from Revvity’s provision of such assistance.
Assistance with Data Subject Requests. 8.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it shall be responsible for compliance with any requests from data subjects under Data Protection Legislation. 8.2 VIPRE agrees to provide reasonable assistance to the Customer without undue delay, taking into account the nature and functionality of the Services, in respect of the Customer’s or its customers’ obligations regarding: (a) requests from data subjects in respect of access to or the rectification, erasure, restriction, blocking or deletion of Customer Personal Data, provided that the Customer acknowledges that where the Services functionality so permits, such actions shall be performed by the Customer or an Authorised Agent on its behalf and not by VIPRE; (b) the investigation of any incident which gives rise to a risk of unauthorised disclosure, loss, destruction or alternation of Customer Personal Data and the notification to the supervisory authority and data subjects in respect of such incidents; (c) at the sole expense and cost of the Customer, the preparation of data protection impact assessments and, where applicable, carrying out consultations with the supervisory authority.
Assistance with Data Subject Requests. If the Supplier receives a request submitted by a Consumer or other individual to exercise a right under Applicable Data Protection Laws in relation to that individual’s Personal Data, the Supplier will promptly inform the Customer. The Customer will be responsible for responding to such consumer rights requests and the Supplier will not respond to such requests except if required by Applicable Law. Upon request, the Supplier shall reasonably cooperate with the Customer (taking into account the nature of the Processing and the information available to the Supplier) in order to enable the Customer to comply with obligations under Applicable Data Protection Laws, including assisting in the handling of data subject requests for access to or deletion or correction of Personal Data Processed in connection with the Agreement within applicable statutory time limits.

  • Data Subject Rights (a) The data importer shall promptly notify the data exporter of any request it has received from a data subject. It shall not respond to that request itself unless it has been authorised to do so by the data exporter. (b) The data importer shall assist the data exporter in fulfilling its obligations to respond to data subjects’ requests for the exercise of their rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. In this regard, the Parties shall set out in Annex II the appropriate technical and organisational measures, taking into account the nature of the processing, by which the assistance shall be provided, as well as the scope and the extent of the assistance required. (c) In fulfilling its obligations under paragraphs (a) and (b), the data importer shall comply with the instructions from the data exporter.
