Further estimate of Net Financial Effect. (a) No less than six months, but not more than seven months, after the Effective Date, the End User must cause the Operator to give Aurizon Network a notice specifying reasonable details of the Operator’s reasonable estimate of the Net Financial Effect (excluding any Foreseeable Costs and Detriments) on the Operator of the variations to the Nominal Payload, Maximum Payload and Nominated Monthly Train Services for the relevant Train Service Type under this clause 11,12, including:
