Further Negotiations. In case Colombia or any EFTA State offers in the future, a non-party, additional advantages with regard to its respective government procurement market access coverage agreed under this Chapter, it shall agree, upon request of any Party, to enter into negotiations with a view to extending coverage under this Chapter on a reciprocal basis.
