Further pre-financing payments. Where pre-financing is divided into several instalments, the partner may request a further pre-financing payment once he has used up the percentage of the previous payment specified in the paragraph on further pre-financing payments in Article 5 of the specific agreement or the equivalent article in the framework agreement.
