Future features. The NicheRMS product roadmap is a continuous process, matching the commercial model outlined above. We and our customers cannot know what specific functionality may be required in the future to support operational policing, but within the business areas covered by NicheRMS (and potentially new areas, e.g., Forensics as above), Niche guarantees to work with customers and user groups to add new features in support of future demands, and all at no additional cost.
