Future developments The Seller continuously monitors technological developments and applies them to Technical Data, document and information systems’ functionalities, production and methods of transmission. The Seller will implement and the Buyer will accept such new developments, it being understood that the Buyer will be informed in due time by the Seller of such new developments and their application and of the date by which the same will be implemented by the Seller.
Future Functionality You agree that Your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Us regarding future functionality or features.
Expansive Protocols Where the capability exists, originating or terminating traffic reroutes may be implemented by either party to temporarily relieve network congestion due to facility failures or abnormal calling patterns. Reroutes will not be used to circumvent normal trunk servicing. Expansive controls will only be used when mutually agreed to by the parties.
Notice of Technological Change (a) For the purpose of technological change, the Employer agrees to provide the Union with as much notice as possible, but in any event not less than sixty (60) days notice of a technological change.
TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE During the term of this Agreement any disputes arising in relation to adjustment to technological change shall be discussed between the Bargaining Representatives of the two parties to this Collective Agreement.
