Notice of Technological Change. (a) For the purpose of technological change, the Employer agrees to provide the Union with as much notice as possible, but in any event not less than sixty (60) days notice of a technological change.
Notice of Technological Change. If Producer proposes to make any technological change, it shall give written notice thereof to Union and to any other Union affected by such change. Such notice shall be given as soon as possible but not less than thirty (30) days prior to instituting such change.
