Future Impact. This collaborative model will support the production of future exhibitions and the practices of all of its participating artists. For its primary sales, EPOCH has chosen to forgo an auction format in hopes to circumvent the accelerated speculation of the current market. This alternative and sustainable model aims to pave the way for artists to access and/or create marketplace systems other than traditional gallery systems or marketplaces. As a Collector, you are directly supporting these, and other, critical efforts that go beyond the boundaries of the art alone. Thank you for your participation, support, and solidarity.   • Future Work Any future work of the nature generally performed by pharmacists created by the Employer shall be performed by members of the bargaining unit as herein set forth.

  • Litigation History There shall be no consistent history of court/arbitral award decisions against the Tenderer, in the last (Specify years). All parties to the contract shall furnish the information in the appropriate form about any litigation or arbitration resulting from contracts completed or ongoing under its execution over the year’s specified. A consistent history of awards against the Tenderer or any member of a JV may result in rejection of the tender.

  • Environmental Impact Notwithstanding any other term, covenant or condition contained in this Lease, in the event that any Alteration has any adverse environmental impact on the Premises. Landlord may deny Tenant the right to proceed in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • FISCAL IMPACT The fiscal impact is $1,266,750. Funding is from Operations and Maintenance Funds. Funding required in current and subsequent fiscal years will be allocated from the Operations and Maintenance Funds, as approved through the budget process and when funds become available.

  • Budget Impact The rental fee provided for in the agreement is for One Hundred Seventy dollars ($170.00) per month. This is a total annual airport revenue of $2,040.00.

  • Future developments The Seller continuously monitors technological developments and applies them to Technical Data, document and information systems’ functionalities, production and methods of transmission. The Seller will implement and the Buyer will accept such new developments, it being understood that the Buyer will be informed in due time by the Seller of such new developments and their application and of the date by which the same will be implemented by the Seller.

  • FUTURE USE Seller and Buyer agree that there is no representation or warranty of any kind that the future intended use of the property by Buyer is or will be lawful except as may be specifically provided for in this Agreement.

  • Financial Impact The school anticipates that the requested waivers will have no financial impact on Denver Public Schools or the school. How the Impact of the Waivers Will be Evaluated: Since this area has a critical impact on the performance of the entire school, the impact of this waiver will be measured by the same performance criteria and assessments that apply to the school, as set forth in this Charter School Agreement.

  • System Impact Study An assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights.
