Common use of Future Liberalization Clause in Contracts

Future Liberalization. Through future negotiations, to be scheduled every two years by the Commission after the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties will engage in further liberalisation with a view to reaching the reduction or elimination of the remaining restrictions scheduled in conformity with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 10.9 on a mutually advantageous basis and securing an overall balance of rights and obligations.

In order to achieve a progressive level of liberalization, to be scheduled the Commission shall convene negotiations every two years by years, with the Commission after the date aim of entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties will engage in further liberalisation with a view to reaching the reduction or : a) elimination of the remaining restrictions scheduled registered in conformity accordance with paragraphs paragraph 1 of article 10-06; and b) gradually incorporate in Annex I, sectors and 2 of Article 10.9 on a mutually advantageous basis and securing an overall balance of rights and obligationsactivities that each Party has included in Annex II.
