Future Marks or Indicia. Licensee agrees that any further rights that may develop in any of the Proprietary Marks and Indicia in the future, including, without limitation, trade names, trademarks, service marks or copyrighted materials, shall inure and accrue to the benefit of SuperShuttle and Licensor.
