Copyrighted Materials definition

Copyrighted Materials. You shall not play or permit the playing or performance of, or distribution of any copyrighted material at the Show, unless You have obtained all necessary rights and paid all required royalties, fees or other payments.

Copyrighted Materials means the following:

Copyrighted Materials means any and all BOMI created and/or owned educational, course and/or study materials in any and all formats now known or developed in the future which are specifically offered to LICENSEE to promote and conduct BOMI Courses under this Agreement.

• GIT recognizes the need and has the right to require that the quality and freshness of Copyrighted Materials used in its programs be maintained.

• Upon termination of the license grant or this XXXX, (i) You must cease all use of the Software, including previous version(s) and uninstall all copies of the Software Product; and (ii) destroy all AI materials relating to the Software Product or, upon request by AI, return all such AI Copyrighted Materials relating to the Software Product to AI or the company from which they were acquired.

• When You use the Copyrighted Materials, You are subject to AI’s copyrights and You must not violate the terms of this XXXX.

• You are not permitted to (i) convert the Software into another programming language; (ii)translate the Software into any other language; or (iii) develop or create any other product based on or derived from the Software and/or the Copyrighted Materials.

• You agree to keep the Software and Copyrighted Materials confidential and not to disclose such materials to any third party or make any commercial use thereof beyond the rights permitted by this XXXX.

Copyrighted Materials means all copyrightable materials that Hyatt or its Affiliate periodically develops and Hyatt periodically designates for use in connection with the Hotel System, including the Manual, videotapes, CDs/DVDs, marketing materials (including advertising, marketing, promotional, and public relations materials), architectural drawings (including the Design Standards and all architectural plans, designs, and layouts such as, without limitation, site, floor, plumbing, lobby, electrical, and landscape plans), building designs, and business and marketing plans, whether or not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Copyrighted Materials means all written works, visual works, computer programs, and other copyrighted or copyrightable works that the Alliance has created or in which the Alliance otherwise owns copyright rights, or shall create or otherwise acquire copyright rights, and that the Alliance licenses to the Member, including but not limited to the items identified on Exhibit B-1 (which may be amended from time to time).

Copyrighted Materials means the software programs and other copyrighted materials set forth on Exhibit A hereto; and "Know-How" shall mean the discoveries, inventions, data, software, information, trade secrets and other technology set forth on Exhibit A hereto. The term "Materials" shall mean the Biological Materials, Copyrighted Materials and Know-How, as applicable.

Copyrighted Materials means any and all writings, drawings, and other documents containing a copyright notice of the Licensor which are part of the Deliverables.

Copyrighted Materials means all manuals, the Operations Manual, Licensed Methods, systems, logos, designs, marketing materials, layouts of advertising materials, copyrights, writings, recordings, binders, videos, Satellite Website content, other web content, electronic files, agreements, forms, books, software and printed materials, etc. including all revisions, changes, modifications and derivatives of or to any of the foregoing, related to the TAB Business or provided to You by TAB, its designees or its Affiliates, including all additions, modifications, derivatives, alterations and improvements thereto.

Copyrighted Materials means all material authored, published or distributed by ISI in which ISI holds or asserts an existing copyright and which are related to the development or use of the Licensed Patents as they relate to the field of use for Atlus' developed or acquired products.
