Future Payments. The Assignor shall notify the Agent to make all payments with respect to the Assigned Share after the Funding Date directly to the Assignee. The Assignor and Assignee agree and acknowledge that all payment of interest, commitment fees, letter of credit commissions and other fees accrued up to, but not including, the Funding Date are the property of the Assignor, and not the Assignee. The Assignee shall, upon payment of any interest, commitment fees, letter of credit commissions or other fees, remit to the Assignor all of such interest, commitment fees, letter of credit commissions an other fees accrued u to, but not including, the Funding Date.
