Eligible Transactions. The only transactions that are eligible for Overdraft Protection are Card purchase transactions. We do not authorize or pay overdrafts for any other transactions, including, but not limited to, ATM withdrawals, payments through our Bill Payment Service, ACH transfers, fund transfers (including person to person fund transfers) or teller cash withdrawals.
Eligible Transactions. Chargeback Protection Services only apply to Eligible Chargebacks on Card transactions processed by PayPal that meet the criteria set forth below (“Eligible Transactions”): i. Card transactions processed via the Advanced Credit and Debit Card Payments checkout integration; and ii. Card transactions for goods and services that are not (1) excluded under the terms of the PayPal User Agreement, including but not limited to the Acceptable Use Policy, or
Eligible Transactions. The refund will apply to all prescription transactions where a TRICARE retail network pharmacy dispenses the pharmaceutical agent included in the UF ADP Appendix to a DoD beneficiary in accordance with terms of the TRICARE Retail Refund Program (TRRP).
Eligible Transactions. Member can perform the following transactions (each, a “Bill Pay Transaction”) from the Payment Account through Bill Pay: (i) Payments (Generally). Member may use Bill Pay to make payments on the same day that Member enters the Payment Instructions by 9:00 P.M. Eastern Time, on a future date, or on the same day each month, subject to the restrictions in this Agreement. Member may enter Payment Instructions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week subject to system availability as described in the Agreement. However, payments will only be made on Business Days. Eligible Transactions. (a) The Clearing House shall only accept an ISS Transaction for clearing and settlement under the ISS, if such transaction is in respect of Securities that are listed on the Exchange and deposited with the Central Depository. (b) The Clearing House shall only accept an ISS Instruction and ISS Confirmation and/or ISS Affirmation in relation to an ISS Transaction for clearing and settlement under the ISS if: (i) such ISS Transaction results directly from or in a Market Contract; and (ii) such ISS Transaction relates to the same Securities of the relevant Market Contract and the quantity of the ISS Transaction shall:

Eligible Transactions. The Chargeback Protection Tools only apply to transactions that meet all of the criteria set forth below (“Eligible Transactions”): (a) the credit or debit card transaction was processed via the Braintree Payment Processing Services; (b) the credit or debit card transaction was payment for goods and services that are not (1) excluded under the terms of the Agreement, including but not limited to the Braintree Acceptable Use Policy, or (2) is not an “Ineligible Transaction(s)” (as defined below); and (c) the Chargeback claim is either a Chargeback claim for fraud (a “Fraud Chargeback”), or a Chargeback claim that the product or service was not received (“Product Not Received”).
Eligible Transactions. You may use your Account for Transactions. You may not use or permit anyone else to use your Account for: ● Any illegal purpose, including in connection with unlawful domestic or international gambling websites or escort services. ● Cash advances or cash equivalents, such as purchasing cryptocurrency, travelers checks, money orders, peer-to-peer transfers, lottery tickets, gaming chips and other methods used to xxxxxx, and other xxxxxx or betting transactions. ● Cannabis/Marijuana ● Balance transfers.
Eligible Transactions. In addition to the above requirements, Chargeback Protection services will only apply to Eligible Chargebacks on card transactions processed by PayPal that meet the criteria set forth below ("Eligible Transactions"): i. The proof of delivery and proof of shipment requirements of PayPal’s Seller Protection program apply to the Chargeback Protection Services and are adopted and incorporated by reference. If you have provided us with incorrect information (for example, with respect to your business type) during the application process for Chargeback Protection services or during sign up for a PayPal account, we are entitled to recover all our chargeback losses from you (including for past transactions prior to us discovering that the information provided was incorrect). We are also entitled to recover all our chargeback losses from you if you violate the PayPal User Agreement (for example, if you engage in a Restricted Acceptable Use Policy Activity), the or this Agreement.
