Future Tier APEs. The BLM, in consultation with the SHPO, will determine the APEs for Future Tiers of the Project. For Future Tiers, the BLM will also, as it deems appropriate, seek information from Invited and Other Consulting Parties likely to have knowledge of, or concerns with, historic properties in the Future Tier APEs, as provided in Stipulation A. In addition, for Future Tiers, the BLM will seek to gather information from Identified Indian Tribes, as provided in Stipulation A.3, to assist in identifying PRCSs, recognizing that such Indian tribes may be reluctant to divulge specific information regarding the location, nature or activities associated with such sites or properties.
