G rantor’s Representation. Grantor represents that no deeds of trusts, mortgages, or liens (other than property tax liens for the current year) are superior to this Agreement. To the extent necessary to comply with this representation, Grantor represents that it has caused all deeds of trusts, mortgages, and liens to be subordinated to this Agreement or has taken such steps, subject to the Town’s prior approval, that this Agreement, the Stormwater Easement and Operating Covenant shall not be affected by any deed of trust, mortgage, or lien.
