All fundamental constants, observations, records and procedures involved in the determining and/or verifying of the quality and other characteristics of LPG delivered hereunder shall, unless otherwise specified herein, be in accordance with the standards and methods prescribed in Gas Measurement Committee Report No. 3, dated April, 1955, of the American Gas Association as now and from time to time amended.
