Gas Fireplace. Please read the guidelines in the Snow Bear Chalets Guidebook on how to use the fireplace properly PRIOR to turning it on. This fireplace will get HOT so take precautions to keep children away from it when lit or when it is hot.

Gas Fireplace. If the Unit has a fireplace: (a) using a method reasonably selected by Owner, Owner shall periodically calculate the cost of providing gas to the Unit and xxxx the Unit for such cost;; and (b) Resident has full responsibility for Resident's proportionate share of such cost. • Basic Heat/A/C is identified as the process of generating and delivering heat or cooling to the residential unit. Owner is responsible for providing and maintaining a water source heat pump loop or similar system which will provide a constant supply of heated water to the unit as well as any costs associated with the system. It will be the sole responsibility of the Resident (together with other residents of a Unit, as applicable), to pay for, through the control of an electrically powered fan and thermostat, the distribution of heat and cooling throughout the unit • Allocated Heat. Gas Fireplace. The property has gas log fireplace(s) which will be operational from October through the end of March. The fireplace operation season can be affected by weather and Owners may adjust it accordingly. The fireplace(s) work off a timer that is located to the upper right of the fireplace. When operating the fireplace, a capable adult of at least 23 years must be always in the room until the fireplace is off and cool. Do not touch and do not allow minors to touch fireplace surfaces, screens, or logs as they may be hot. Minors are prohibited from operating the fireplace. Minors must be monitored closely when around the fireplace to avoid injury as surfaces may be hot. Do not tamper with any valves or controls related to the fireplace or propane tank. Do not relocate gas logs. During fireplace season, a small "pilot" flame in the fireplace is normal and required for the fireplace to operate even when the timer switch is set to "off". Do not attempt to put the "pilot" flame out. Do not force the timer switch to the "off" position when it is "on" - let the time run out.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities Construction The Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Participating TO and CAISO “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Electric Generating Unit(s), such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Electric Generating Units. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. Any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by the Interconnection Customer shall be assessed by the Participating TO and the CAISO pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this LGIA and the LGIP.

  • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities Construction The Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
