Gateway Services. To facilitate the processing of transactions online, First Data may provide the Company its online processing system that provides an interface for the transmission of transaction data between First Data and the Company in connection with the Acquiring Services (the Gateway Services). Where the Company uses the Gateway Services, it shall comply with the terms of Schedule B to this General Terms.
