Gateway Services. eHealth Exchange grants to Participant, for itself and its Participant Users, a non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to access and use the Gateway subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, the Participation Agreement, the DURSA inclusive of all Performance Specifications and Operating Policies and Procedures adopted by eHealth Exchange.
