Gathering System Plans. Gatherer has provided Shipper with a report attached hereto as Exhibit E (the “Current Gathering System Plan”) describing and/or depicting, as of January 1, 2017, the modifications, extensions, enhancements, major maintenance and/or other actions necessary in order for the Gathering System to be able to provide System Services to Shipper in accordance with the Current Development Plan. The Current Gathering System Plan attached hereto has been approved by the Parties.
