GENDER NEUTRAL JOB EVALUATION PLAN. The University has in force and will maintain a formal gender neutral job evaluation plan (JEP) for the evaluation, classification and reclassification of all job positions within the University, including the job positions of employees in the bargaining unit. A copy of the JEP will be provided to the Union. No substantive changes will be made to the JEP during the current term of the Collective Agreement without the prior agreement of the Union.
