Common use of Gender Neutral Provision Clause in Contracts

Gender Neutral Provision. The language of this Agreement is intended to be gender neutral. Thus whenever the terms “he”, “she”, “his”, “her”, “it”, or similar term is used such terms will be considered to mean “he”, “she” or “it”, “his”, “her”, or “its” or other such gender neutral phraseology.
