Gender Words used herein regardless of the number and gender specifically used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number, singular or plural, and any other gender, masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context requires.
Gender Neutral Wherever used herein, a pronoun in the masculine gender shall be considered as including the feminine gender unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Anti-Doping I understand and agree that the UCI Anti-Doping Rules and U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) Protocol apply to me. I agree to submit to drug testing. If it is determined I may have committed an anti-doping rule violation, I agree to submit to the results management authority and processes of USADA or the results management authority of the UCI and my national federation. I agree that arbitration is my exclusive remedy under the above rules.
GENDER NEUTRALITY 24.01 In this Agreement, any references to the masculine gender shall include the female gender and references to the female gender shall include the masculine gender.
Feminine/Masculine Pronouns Wherever the feminine pronoun is used in this Agreement, it includes the masculine pronoun and vice versa where the context so requires.
Gender References Whenever the context permits, the use of a particular gender shall include any other gender, and references to the singular or the plural shall be interchangeable.
Masculine or Feminine Gender Unless otherwise specifically stated, any provision in this Agreement which is expressed in terms of the masculine shall, in its application to a female employee, be read with the necessary changes to express the feminine, and vice versa.
Subsidies and Countervailing Measures 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties relating to subsidies and countervailing measures shall be governed by Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, except as provided for in paragraph 2.
Specialist knowledge and skills Indicative but not exclusive tasks include: the undertaking of semi-skilled work, including cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, washing and ironing, shopping, sweeping paths, minor maintenance jobs, preparation and cooking of meals, defrosting refrigerators, emptying and cleaning of commodes, banking and account payment, organising appointments, assistance with care of pets, and care of indoor and outdoor pot plants.
Management skills (i) These positions require skills in managing time, setting priorities and planning and organising one’s own work and that of supervised employees so as to achieve specific and set objectives in the most efficient way possible within the resources available and within a set timetable.
