Gender; Plural and Singular Sample Clauses

Gender; Plural and Singular. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Whenever the masculine, feminine or neuter gender is used inappropriately in this Agreement, this Agreement shall be read as if the appropriate gender had been used.

Gender; Plural and Singular. Where the context hereof so requires, the masculine gender shall include the feminine or neuter, and the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular.
