Gender Policy i. The Supplier must comply with its obligations, if any, under the SPREP Gender Policy. SPREP will ensure that the Supplier has access to this policy prior to execution of the Agree- ment, and the Supplier may make enquiries of SPREP around the application of, or updates to, the policy at any time during the Agreement period. ii. If the Supplier becomes non-compliant with this plan during the Agreement Period, the Supplier must notify SPREP. (c)
