General Assembly Members. 6.3.1.1.1 The General Assembly shall consist of one representative of each Party (hereinafter referred to as “General Assembly Member”). 6.3.1.1.2 Each General Assembly Member is authorised to deliberate and decide on all matters listed in Section 6.3.1.2. of this PCA. 6.3.1.1.3 The Coordinator shall chair all meetings of the General Assembly, unless decided otherwise in a meeting of the General Assembly.
