Common use of General Benefits Clause in Contracts

General Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in all benefit plans and programs of Employer currently existing or hereafter made available to executives or senior management of Employer, including but not limited to, dental and medical insurance, including coverage for dependents of Employee, pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, incentive savings plans, stock option plans, group life insurance, salary continuation plans, disability coverage and other fringe benefits.

General Benefits. Employee shall be entitled allowed to receive or participate in all benefit plans and programs of Employer currently existing or hereafter made available to executives or senior management of Employer, including but not limited to, dental and medical insurance, including coverage for dependents of Employee, pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, incentive savings plans, stock option plans, group life insurance, salary continuation plans, disability coverage and other fringe benefits.

Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in all (i) the various Employee benefit plans or programs provided to the Employees of the Company in general, including, without limitation, health (including ExecuCare), dental, disability, 401k, accident and programs of Employer currently existing or hereafter made available to executives or senior management of Employer, including but not limited to, dental and medical insurance, including coverage for dependents of Employee, pension and profit sharing life insurance plans, 401(k) plans, incentive savings plans, stock option plans, group life insurance, salary continuation plans, disability coverage and other fringe benefits.and
