ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF REGENTS. The president of COHE may attend each meeting of the Board and speak on faculty issues. The COHE president will not be charged leave without pay, but will arrange compensation time, rearrange classes or pay a substitute, if the preceding options are not possible.
