Common use of General Broker Obligations Clause in Contracts

General Broker Obligations. Broker shall: (a) obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions necessary for HWML, its contractors and agents to perform their obligations under this Agreement; and

Broker shall: (a) obtain and maintain all necessary licenses, consents, and permissions necessary for HWML, its contractors and agents to perform their obligations under this Agreement; andand (b) comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations applicable to its use of the Services, HWML Materials and Broker Third Party Services and Data, including privacy laws, securities laws, and export laws.
