General Classified Unit and 12-Month Instructional Assistants. No later than July 1, an employee may submit a written request to Human Resources that includes the number (up to 40) of vacation hours they request to sell back. Upon verification of excess vacation hours by Human Resources after the July 15 attendance report, the vacation pay-out will be processed. Vacation pay-out will be at the employee’s current rate of pay and paid on the July payroll check.
