General Considerations. 9.1.2.1.1. The Passenger is responsible for all necessary travel documents including passport, visas, tourist cards and any other additional or special document required by law or regulations in force in the countries of departure, destination or transit. The Passenger must comply with any regulations and procedures prescribed by the authorities of such countries concerning immigration, customs, health, security and border control.
